Rental terms

The following conditions apply to all three accommodations.

Included:

  • duvet, pillows
  • dishes and kitchen utensils, everything for cooking
  • cleaning material
  • welcome kit: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 sponge, 1 small bottle of dishwashing liquid
  • free wifi
  • reception and handing over of the keys by the concierge
  • possibility of lending baby equipment on request

Not included:

  • sheets, towels, tea towels
  • cleaning products, toilet paper except for the arrival kit
  • house cleaning (to be done by yourself before departure, unfortunately we cannot offer a cleaning option)

Option:

  • linen: possibility to rent linen from the concierge by advising at least 10 days before arrival: 20 € / bed linen kit (per bed), 10 € / towel kit (per person), 8 € / 3 tea towels.

Please note:

  • deposits: two deposits will be required. The first deposit, to be paid in advance, covers possible material damages. The second is a cleaning deposit which will be requested on site by the concierge. The deposits will be returned if the house is left in good condition and clean and if no damage has been noted.

  • Private/common areas: travelers will have exclusive use of the house and its private outdoor areas. Each house has its own private entrance. Please note that the gate and the pedestrian access path are shared between the three houses.

  • parking: free parking spaces are available nearby (parking lot behind the town hall).

Occupancy rules

  • The maximum number of travelers indicated for each accommodation cannot be exceeded
  • these are family houses, festive stays such as birthdays or parties are not allowed
  • no noise after 10pm
  • strictly non-smoking houses
  • pets are not allowed
  • do not use the internet for illegal activities
